SPRING J. RICE, Founder, Owner, & Chief Instructor of Spring Training, Corp. has over 25 years of training and industry experience. Employee’s trained have said that Spring’s energy and extensive knowledge are captivating and she brings this level into each and every class!
Spring’s career started working as a bartender and server while attending college at Central Michigan University.
After relocating to South Florida, Spring worked as the Director of Training for Bloomingdale’s. In 1995 Spring decided to tap her entrepreneurial spirit and founded Spring Training where she quickly secured high profile accounts including Carnival Cruise Lines, The Miami Heat, and Johnson & Wales University, just to name a few… Spring then found her industry niche by.....
