In 1996 Spring provided training for the entire staff of The Miami Heat. Eric Spoelstra, the now Head Coach, and Pat Riley, Former Head Coach, attended her classes giving her extremely high scores for her presentations on Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and Exceptional Customer Service Training.

Running restaurants with large staffs and also owning a Rum Distillery makes for constant training and updating which is impossible to do. Hiring a large company to come in and speak to employees as they drift asleep or think about something else is the usual and they leave with very little info. Money not well spent. Using Spring I have found she engages people as she connects real life working and gets the staff interested and asking questions. At the end of the day we need staff to help protect the customer, themselves and the company. Spring succeeds in this effort and if she doesn’t have the answer she finds it!
Besides staff she also gets all the laws understood by the owners of the businesses and reaches out far and beyond of what you need. I can only imagine what she has in store next, but undoubtedly it will be an amazing asset to our company’s.
