Spring Training Corp., is proud to partner with Florida approved, National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, The First Principles certificate program is available online and in a classroom setting. This training is required by all food service workers within 60 days of their hire date, if they are without current certification and is valid for 3 years in the state of Florida. Speak to Spring regarding adding food handler statute. This training provides food handlers with the knowledge and skills they need to safely handle and prepare foods for human consumption. Successful completion of the program assures food managers, regulators and trainers that the certificate holder has completed a basic course in food safety.
